We are currently working and delivering services virtually but aim to have a mix of digital and face to face work in the near future.

This role is to support our Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) to support children and young people (5 – 16 years old) with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, particularly relating to anxiety, depression and behavioural difficulties. As an EWW you will help with Requests for Support, by providing pre- and post- intervention support for CYP and families, help young people access the best support they determine meets their needs, and be integral to the wider Whole School Approach work with MHST schools, in particular leading on our Participation strategy.

As an EWW you will liaise with EMHPs, SFT colleagues and a range of services including; schools, GPs, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and you will receive training, and line management. This post is an opportunity to join the workforce in early intervention services for mental health and opens up the opportunity (not compulsory) to train as an EMHP (depending on eligibility and availability).
